Armor Sports is a ministry outreach of NewPointe Community Church that is here to create positive youth sports environments for the purpose of life-changing experiences. We use our More Than A Game philosophy to help create an environment where we can learn and build character, understand the importance of healthy competition, and experience the importance of community. We want to create a clean, safe, and fun atmosphere for you and your family while providing an opportunity to get to know our Savior, Jesus, through sports!
Founded in 2008 and relaunched in 2022, Armor Sports has grown from a seasonal basketball program with just over 200 athletes into a year-round organization serving more than 1,200 participants across four sports: basketball, cheer, flag football, and soccer. Armor Sports is committed to building strong athletes and stronger communities through high-quality programming, passionate coaching, and a family-oriented environment. We opened our 28-acre Armor Sports Complex at our Dover campus to serve as a central hub for training, competition, and community connection, reflecting our mission to support youth development both on and off the field.
At Armor Sports, we use our More Than A Game (MTAG) philosophy to emphasize life skill development. This allows our athletes to win on and off the field. We want to partner with families to help further develop the character and integrity if their athletes based on Christian Values.
Team Snap is our go to communication tool for families, coaches and administrators. All post registration information such as schedules, rosters, league calendar and league updates take place in Team Snap. Get it on the App Store or Google Play.
NFL FLAG is the largest flag football league in the United States. Flag football is the perfect introduction to football fundamentals and a great opportunity for tackle athletes to refine their technique and improve their game in the offseason.
